RN/IVF Coordinator
Seeking an experienced fertility RN/IVF Coordinator in one of New Jersey’s leading In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) privately held medical practices.
RN Candidates will need to have a commitment to delivering excellent patient care as well strong communication, organizational and computer skills. Applicants should be self-starters, people friendly and flexible and will need to participate in weekend, holiday and on call coverage. Our current open position is for weekends only, either every other weekend or every weekend with the option of working an additional weekday. Candidates must have experience with fertility patients and treatment cycles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Certified Medical Assistants
IRMS is seeking personable and self-motivated Certified FT Medical Assistants to work with the clinical team in caring for patients undergoing infertility treatment.
Interested applicants must be competent in phlebotomy, possess strong interpersonal and computer skills. Applicants will need to be available to work early morning hours as well as the weekend and holiday schedules. Experience preferred but not required.

OB/GYN Sonographer
IRMS is looking for an OB/GYN sonographer, needed per diem for morning monitoring in our Clark office.
Scanning may also be required in our East Windsor location as needed. Individual will need to complete GYN and First Trimester OB ultrasounds, document and communicate findings to providers and efficiently manage morning clinic workflow while rendering quality patient care by exercising discretion & judgement in the performance of sonographic services. Experience in OB/Gyn and ultrasound certification required. Graduate of accredited school of sonography. Certified by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Registry eligible.

Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our practice. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the office. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Process copays and payments
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Administrative Support Job
IRMS seeks a highly motivated person to provide necessary administrative support to patient-care teams while interacting with patients/staff and coordinating patient-care via multiple platforms.
Skills needed:
- High energy, excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills: Clerical, data entry, computer skill, competent in Microsoft office package. The ability to multi-task, work independently and trouble shoot technical issues. There are periods of prolonged data entry.
- Platforms and procedures change and are added frequently so an ability to learn and take direction is important.
- The most important skill required is a positive attitude.
Experience Requirements:
- High School graduate
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year prior healthcare experience in physician group practice or hospital setting
- Bilingual is a plus

Embryology Lab Assistant
At the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science at Saint Barnabas we are a passionate, dedicated team of leading physicians, nurses, clinical specialists, and scientists. In the Embryology Laboratory, we utilize sophisticated technology and advanced equipment that support our commitment to providing uncompromising care to gametes and embryos. Position Summary: The primary responsibility of individuals in this position is to assist the embryology laboratory staff in accordance with the procedures and policies of the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science at Saint Barnabas.
Responsibilities: To perform duties as assigned by the Embryology Laboratory Director and Supervisor
- To read and follow laboratory Standard Operation Procedure Manual
- To know and comply with regulatory guidelines for clinical laboratories
- To assist in keeping the laboratories in inspection ready state
- To assist in preparation of patient charts and data collection, recording and reporting of laboratory results; knowledge of the electronic medical records
- Conforms to applicable HIPAA, billing compliance and safety guidelines
- Responsible for training under direct supervision in: Sterile technique, labeling plastic-ware, culture dishes
- Monitoring and filling liquid Nitrogen tanks on a daily basis
- Performing daily, weekly, monthly and annual quality control on the laboratory
- Assist the laboratory team with intake and release of cryopreserved samples
- Assist laboratory team with intake of fresh specimens
- Performing inventory control, ordering, restocking supplies, delivering and unpacking supplies and linens
- Perform data entry of procedures into the EMR and other databases
- Assist embryology staff with procedures and research projects
- Confirm patients’ identity for each laboratory procedure performed and maintaining chain of custody of samples
- Assist embryologists with the decontamination of culture incubators
- Communicate with clinical staff, as needed
- Administrative Functions:
- Prepare required paperwork/documents
- Scan and store laboratory daily patient records
- Filing and binding of laboratory charts and/or clinical paperwork.
Full time, rotating weekends and holidays
Minimum Requirements: Degree in biological science, or two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
